Getting started begins with an initial consultation. This is a thorough, unhurried visit where we learn about your health and your goals, complete an initial evaluation, and talk through how membership works, so you can decide whether Independence Wellness is the right fit.

Concierge membership gives you ongoing access to your care team for both primary and urgent care, including the convenience of telemedicine for established patients throughout Florida. Rather than rushing you through a system built around insurance, we build care around you.

Visits, procedures, and programs are billed at the time of service. We are a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance for our services. For non-Medicare and non-Medicaid patients with commercial insurance, we can provide an itemized superbill you may submit to your insurer for any out-of-network reimbursement your plan allows. Full membership details are reviewed during your initial consultation.
Our Programs are Welcome to Everyone
You don't need to be a concierge member to work with us. Our dedicated programs, including hormone optimization, medical weight management, peptide therapy, aesthetics, and more, are each available on their own. Concierge membership is simply our option for patients who want comprehensive primary and urgent care with the access and attention a private practice allows.
